This concept started to be called a method of teaching singing. It was progressive and made use of foreign methods. It was focused on mastering general music awareness by the pupils through singing, vocal-rhythmical exercises and music broadcasts. It had a number of advantages as well as drawbacks, for instance: the teacher was active during the lesson leaving pupils imitative.
