AB  - The paper deals with determinants of motivation to participiate in choral singing. Also the paper brings information how singers consider and evaluate their acitivity. We realized short research focused on phenomenon of motivation of choral singing and its sense. Research was realized in two chorals in town of Zvolen (Slovak republic): Zvolenský spevácky zbor (Choir of Zvolen) and choir Dominicus by church and monastery of st. Dominik.
