AB The paper deals with the musical-pedagogical and composing personality of the Vladimír Gajdoš, who didn't do the only pedagogical activity but also compositional, with a focus on choir work. His compositions were mostly premiered by the University Choir Mladosť of the Department of Music Education at the Mateja Bela University in Banská Bystrica, although he has been there a member of the teaching staff for many years as a docent.
