AB The teaching of singing interpretation is seen as the necessity of submitting work in a specific way which would correspond to the intended effect. This compensation of certain vocal, technical and musical means of expression can be included under the term "expression", which can be understood as a certain absorption into the deep meaning of a particular piece of music that is subject to the principles, but interpretative practices are ultimately unique and specific to a particular performer, work and time.
