The article recalls the personality of the recently deceased employee of KHV and later KVU PF UJEP Doc. PhDr. Petr Ježil, Ph.D. (* 18/02/1951 - † 18/08/2023), who in the field of music education was mainly involved in pedagogical work in the field of HV didactics, but also in compositional activities. It provides a brief overview of his work classification and an initial and still incomplete inventory of his work.
