Mysterium porcellani - "Secret of porcelain" - is the title of an oratorio for soloists, chorus and orchestra. The piece was written by North Bohemian composer Jan Zástěra during 2014 and it is based on Martin Budka's libretto. The world premiere of the piece took place on September 14th 2014 in the Temple of Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary in Dubí near Teplice. The composition was based on the offer and agreement with the management of the Český porcelán, a. s., Dubí. The study is concerned with the presence of Czechoslovakian theatres in German-speaking countries in the sixties. The paper presents the results of experimental verification of his own voice-reeducation procedure for correction speaking voice. Verification of the effectiveness of reeducation approach was realized within five years of speech therapy in a particular workplace. The research results indicate the professional and age of patients with voice disorders, causes of voice disorders, the length of voice problems and verified the effectiveness of the procedure.

The contribution examines the permeability of study programs in conservatories, artistically oriented fields of bachelor and master programs at universities and pedagogical training of future teachers of music, while being monitored particularly the issue resolution objectives, content focus and basic compatibility issues mentioned study programs within the three-phase musically educational system (pregraduál, gradual and grad school). The study includes the suggestion of several basic methodological steps of usage music theoretical knowledge for the development of musical skills.
